We are looking for a Share Plans & Reward Specialist to join an international organisation and support the implementation and day-to-day administration of employee share plans and flexible benefits arrangements in Madrid.
In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating plan administration, employee communications, provider data, payroll inputs and reconciliations, working closely with Reward, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Legal and People teams.

? Support the implementation and ongoing administration of employee share plans, including eligibility, enrolment, contributions, grants, vesting, releases, maturity events and leavers.
? Prepare, validate and securely exchange employee and transaction data with external share plan providers.
? Perform payroll and data reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies across payroll deductions, participant records, delivered shares and provider reporting.
? Prepare and validate share plan and reward-related payroll inputs, supporting pre- and post-payroll processes.
? Coordinate employee communications, FAQs, enrolment materials and operational updates in Spanish and English.
? Manage employee and HR queries, explaining complex share plan, reward and payroll processes in a clear and practical way.
? Maintain accurate plan records, process calendars, controls, approvals, documentation and audit trails.
? Work closely with Reward, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Legal and external providers to ensure accurate and compliant plan administration.
? Support the implementation and enhancement of share plan platforms, payroll interfaces, SSO and employee self-service processes.
? Contribute to process improvements, provider transitions, new plan implementations and Reward/Payroll transformation projects. ? Must Have ? Experience in Share Plans, Reward, Payroll, HR Operations, Mobility or a related administrative function.
? Experience working with complex employee and payroll data, including reconciliations and data analysis.
? Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, data reconciliation and analysis of large datasets.
? Experience working with external service providers and managing recurring operational deadlines.
? Fluent Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
? Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and organisational skills.
? Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex processes clearly to employees and HR stakeholders. ✨ Nice to Have ? Knowledge of Spanish payroll and reward administration, including IRPF and Social Security considerations.
? Understanding of Spanish share plan and flexible remuneration concepts.
? Experience with EquatePlus, Computershare or similar share plan platforms.
? Experience working in a multinational or listed company environment.
? Exposure to internationally mobile employee populations.
? Experience supporting audits, compliance activities and GDPR-related processes.
? Experience identifying process improvements and contributing to operational transformation. ? Hybrid model - 2 days on site per week
