Curaleaf

International is a leading supplier of medical cannabis, and we're looking for a Software Engineer to help develop the systems that support our warehouse operations across Europe. This is a full-stack role where you'll work with TypeScript and React on the frontend, and Python and Quart on the backend. You'll work closely with users and the wider engineering team to build solutions that solve real business problems, with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow along the way.

We're looking for someone with around 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, strong technical foundations, and a collaborative approach.

Experience with our specific tech stack - or within the cannabis industry - isn't essential. Our primary office is based in Alicante, but this role is open to remote workers located in Spain. What You'll Be Doing Building and improving our warehouse management systems.

Working closely with users to understand their challenges and develop practical solutions. Writing clean, maintainable code and reviewing code. Collaborating across the engineering team while also taking ownership of your own work.

Visiting our sites when needed to better understand our operations and how our software supports them. Continuously learning and contributing to improvements in our products and ways of working.

About You

You'll enjoy solving problems, working collaboratively, and building software that has a real impact on users. You'll ideally have: Around 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Experience programming in at least one modern language and using version control (e.g. Git). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. An interest in understanding user needs and building great products.
