In this role, you will optimize the technical attributes of our last-mile vehicle fleet and drive data-based decisions to protect customers, the fleet, and operations. You’ll lead cross-functional programs from idea to implementation, challenging internal and external partners to push for improvement. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, technical environment with hands-on problem solving and clear communication to senior stakeholders.

This is a chance to shape fleet capabilities within a high-visibility, customer-centric delivery organization.

- Own optimization of technical attributes across the expanding vehicle fleet
- Drive planning, resolution, and execution on complex technical projects




- Work independently to identify improvements and manage projects end-to-end
- Challenge internal stakeholders and external partners on current practices and capabilities
- Maintain strong ownership and bias for action with actionable plans
- Use data, databases, and analytical tools to inform decisions and track outcomes
- Assess xugodme risks, make decisions, and report on project progress

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in technical product or program management
- Experience delivering cross-functional projects or programs
- Experience in technical roles in commercial mobility (vans, trucks, buses) or the automotive industry
