Role Overview As a Talent Specialist, you will be a vital contributor to our continued success and advancement. Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of our HR Department and driving it to new heights. What will you do? Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, agency management, system updates, and recruitment processes

Support the execution of Employer Branding initiatives through social media content management, university partnerships, career events, and communication materials.

Support the coordinate training activities, ensuring smooth logistics, participant follow-up, and evaluation of learning effectiveness.

Create and distribute internal communication content, including newsletters, campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and corporate events.

Support the implementation and follow-up of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) programs and action plans.

Manage employee listening initiatives, including Engagement Surveys and Pulse Surveys, ensuring action tracking, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up.

Maintain accurate reporting, databases, and HR systems while providing administrative and project coordination support across Talent, Learning, Communication, and Employee Experience initiatives.
