Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is Looking for a Technical Manager for its plants in Leioa, Spain! Are you a Technical Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment? Join us and take your career to new heights! What will you do? Lead, coordinate, and support the Technical Team by managing priorities, removing bottlenecks, and resolving critical issues to maximize production efficiency

Oversee maintenance of machinery, equipment, molds, and utilities, minimizing production disruptions and maximizing equipment uptime

Ensure machinery, equipment, and utilities comply with material, functional, safety, and regulatory requirements

Manage external suppliers and consultants, selecting the best solutions and supervising service delivery

Ensure compliance with company safety policies, HSE regulations, and workplace hygiene standards, maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas

Collaborate with Production and Quality to resolve major technical and quality issues

Ensure availability of critical spare parts, monitor consumption trends, and optimize inventory replenishment

Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and organization

Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual technical reports, maintaining accurate maintenance documentation and records What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience

Proven experience as Technical Manager in a manufacturing environment





Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems

Excellent knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, and/or Injection Molding)

Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment rules, WCM standards, and best practices

Ability to operate manual and electric forklifts What do we offer?
