Responsibilities

As a Senior Talent Acquisition, you’ll help shape the teams that build our product, scale our platform, and define our culture
You won’t just “fill roles”, you’ll influence how we grow, who we hire, and how Aily evolves
Partner deeply with hiring managers to build world-class engineering, data, and business teams
Own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple technical and business domains
Design creative sourcing strategies that go beyond the obvious and reach exceptional talent
Act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, market trends, and candidate experience
Run sourcing, screening, interviews, and assessments end-to-end with high autonomy
Help evolve our recruiting processes and scale them as the company grows
Contribute to employer branding and talent initiatives that reflect who we really are
Collaborate closely with People, Product, Business and Leadership to continuously improve how we hire and grow teams

Qualifications

This role is for someone who enjoys ownership, autonomy,



and partnering closely with leaders in a fast-moving environment
Comfortable using data and reporting to improve hiring decisions
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders
Background in startup, scale-up, or product-driven environments
Experience or interest in employer branding initiatives
Solid understanding of HR fundamentals
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar roles
Experience hiring tech, data, and business, GTM profiles
A collaborative mindset—you enjoy being part of a team that supports each other
Excellent communication skills in English
Communicate openly, thoughtfully, and with curiosity
Believe recruiting is about impact, not volume
Like working closely with people and influencing decisions
Want to grow alongside the company and take on more responsibility over time
Are comfortable in fast-growing, sometimes messy startup contexts
Thrive in hands-on, high-ownership environments
Enjoy building things from scratch and improving what already exists
