At Tradebe, we are a multinational company headquartered in Barcelona, committed to creating a more sustainable future.Our core business focuses on environmental services and recycling, but we have expanded into other strategic areas such as Health & Nutrition, Life Sciences (purification, flavors, fragrances and ingredients), as well as Port Services.We are currently looking for a Finance Controller Manager to join our Life Sciences & Health & Nutrition division, a key role with international exposure and direct reporting to the CFO.As Finance Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of the business, leading accounting, tax and reporting activities while driving improvements and supporting strategic decision-making.You will:Lead and develop a finance team (+/- 10 people).Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual closings, ensuring strict deadlinesLead the external audit process and be the main point of contactEnsure compliance with GAAP and financial regulationsDrive cash flow reporting,



forecasting and analysisCollaborate with international stakeholders (including US teams)Support M&A; / integration processesIdentify and implement process and system improvementsWhat we’re looking forDegree in Finance, Accounting or related field3–5 years of experience including at least 2 years in external audit (Big 4 or similar)Proven experience in multinational environmentsStrong background in financial reporting and accounting operationsTeam management experience is a mustHands‑on, proactive and self‑starter mindsetNice to have: SAP or other ERP experienceOpportunity to build and shape a finance structure in a growing divisionHigh exposure to senior leadership and international teamsDynamic and challenging environment with real impactFlexible working model and work‑life balance
