We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team and play a key role in driving growth across acquisitions, greenfield and brownfield investments, and strategic initiatives in an international environment.
What you'll do

Lead the origination and execution of greenfield, brownfield, and M&A; projects from strategy to closing.
Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities by actively screening the market.
Drive target assessments, business planning, valuation, due diligence, and stakeholder coordination.
Support high-impact strategic projects by defining scope, performing business analysis, and delivering actionable recommendations.
Partner with senior leadership by providing strategic insights that influence executive decision-making.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
8–12 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A;),



Management Consulting, or Private Equity, with a strong track record in strategy, transactions, and deal origination.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
Nice to have: German language skills.
