In this role you help shape the future of observability by building scalable backend services and AI-enabled workflows. You join the Service Architecture Intelligence team, contributing to a high‑scale data pipeline and AI-powered development tooling. You work closely with product teams to influence roadmaps and implement automation for deployment and operations. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on delivering production-grade software and advancing AI-driven engineering practices.

• Build, maintain, and scale backend services and tools using modern engineering practices

Responsabilidades
• Distributed systems experience in production
• Strong software development experience in OOP languages, with Java as a must
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming (streams, event-based flows, task queues, message queues)
• Experience using and integrating AI coding assistants and AI agents in engineering workflows
• Ability to deliver high-quality production code in an Agile environment
• Collaborative, team-focused mindset with shared code ownership
• English proficiency
