In this Data Analyst role, you will extract, process, and analyze large data sets to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and people development. You will join an international Data u0026amp; Analytics team in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional partners to transform data into value. You will build real-time dashboards and perform exploratory analyses to answer strategic questions, with a focus on data quality and automation. Responsabilidades
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related analytical field
• 2 to 4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and Python for statistical analysis
• English level B2/C1 for international collaboration
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
