and bottleneck improvement across plantsStandardise operations into a single European modelLead Industry 4.0 adoption (AI predictive maintenance, robotics, automation)Supply Chain & Cost OptimisationImplement centralised planning across supply chain and productionReduce logistics inefficiencies and inventory costsDesired ProfileMaster’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field + MBA is preferable.A leader who can build and coach plant manager across the various sites.Must have lived and worked in multiple countries.
