Our games have reached more than 110 million players worldwide.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Product Director to lead and strengthen our Hybrid Casual direction, combining ownership and development of existing live products with the creation, validation, and launch of new product initiatives.As part of the Belka Games leadership team, you will contribute to the company's broader product strategy and long-term development.The role includes responsibility for product strategy, business performance of the Hybrid Casual portfolio, including its revenue, profitability, long-term value, and investment efficiency. You will also build strong product teams and establish a systematic and repeatable approach to creating and scaling successful Hybrid Casual products.Key ResponsibilitiesPart 1 - Live product ownershipDefine and implement the product strategy for the Hybrid Casual portfolio,
