You will use the platform to build custom small language models for customers, then own the delivery end to end from understanding the problem through to a deployed model in production.This is more than delivering to a spec. Because the team is small, you will work directly with each customer, build trust, understand what they actually need and push the project through to completion. It is not about building the model and handing over a hot potato.It is not a sales role. You would not typically join early sales calls unless you want to. But once a customer is on board,

You might have a couple of years of experience and real hunger for customer work, or many more years and deep delivery experience. The one thing to know is that this is an IC position, not a role to build a team around in the short term.Who this could suitSomeone from a solutions engineering, applied ML or ML engineering background who enjoys the customer side as much as the technical side.
