Opportunity
This role offers the chance to work closely with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders to deliver technology-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient care. The position combines account management, business development, and consultative sales within a dynamic and evolving healthcare landscape.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets across the assigned territory
Execute commercial strategies and territory action plans
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers




Promote healthcare technology solutions and articulate their clinical and operational value
Collaborate with a variety of hospital departments throughout purchasing and decision-making processes
Establish and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other influential stakeholders
Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market insights
Provide technical and commercial support during the sales process
Maintain accurate customer information and activity records within CRM systems

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:

A degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
Previous experience in a commercial, account management, or business development role
Exposure to healthcare technology consulting, digital transformation projects, or process improvement initiatives
A proactive and results-oriented mindset
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Willingness to travel throughout Catalonia
Professional English language skills (minimum B2 level)
Fluency in Catalan

Desirable Experience
