In this role you will oversee value delivery within a product-focused Agile setup, coordinating cross-functional development teams and ensuring timely project outcomes. You’ll balance planning, execution, and risk management while supporting team well-being in an international environment. This position sits in our Careers and Training Department and offers a stable, hybrid arrangement in Barcelona. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to drive delivery, quality, and alignment with the company mission.
