supporting business continuity frameworks, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.What You Will DoDefine and maintain processes using BPM tools (ADONIS preferred)Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunitiesAlign processes with SLAs and service objectivesSupport Business Continuity (BIAs, BCPs, DR testing)Contribute to DORA and operational resilience initiativesWhat You Bring3+ years in process management (BPM)3+ years in Business Continuity (BIA, BCP, DR)Experience with SLA definitionBackground in regulated environments (e.g. financial services)Knowledge of risk managementExperience with BPM tools (ADONIS or similar)Spanish & English (C1)
