As a Team Lead at Betsson Group, you will lead a team of talented people and take overall responsibility for team performance.
As the Team Lead, you will take an active role in driving the delivery of your team and promoting a healthy team spirit and culture.
You will also participate as a developer in designing and developing next-generation Engagement products for the iGaming industry.

People management, mentoring, and coaching developers.
Taking part in recruiting and onboarding.
Performance reviews.
1-to-1 meetings.
Close collaboration with:

Product Managers
Architects
Stakeholders

Understand and implement business requirements.
Software development according to modern best practices and principles.
Take part in the decision-making process for:

application architecture
solution design




architecture improvements
code reviews

What we are looking for

Experience in software development for more than 5 years.
Experience managing teams of software engineers.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Agile mindset with business goals orientation.
Excellent knowledge and experience in:

C#
.NET Framework
.NET Core
