Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the adoption of a regional Move to Cloud program in Azure, bridging hands-on infrastructure work with project management. You will coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive cloud migrations and manage requests and progress. You will bring on-premises and Azure expertise to deliver IaaS migrations for IIS and SQL in a multinational setting. This is a hybrid role that values collaboration, clear communication, and impact at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Drive the Move to Cloud program in the Spain region focusing on Azure adoption
• Serve as a hybrid technical-managerial lead, coordinating project management activities and technical work
• Facilitate communication with business stakeholders and cloud-focused engineering teams
• Execute cloud migrations from OnPrem to Azure IaaS for IIS and SQL solutions




• Oversee IT infrastructure projects in a large multinational context
• Support continuous delivery of IT services through effective governance and follow-ups

Responsabilidades
• Hands-on IT infrastructure management in OnPrem and Azure environments
• Strong understanding of server, storage, and networking architectures in both on-prem and cloud
• Proven experience migrating OnPrem IaaS for IIS/SQL to cloud
• Experience delivering IT projects in a multinational company
• Full proficiency in English and Spanish
