DescriptionAs a Senior Data Center Construction Manager specialising in off-site assembly and modularization, you will lead strategic transformation across AWS EMEA Construction. Acting as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will drive adoption of prefabricated, precast, and modular solutions across the EMEA data centre and power infrastructure portfolio which aggregates programmes spanning Civil, Structural, Architectural, Systems (CSAS), Mechanical Systems (MS), and Electrical Systems (ES).This role sits within the global Off‑Site Assembly program and partners closely with Preconstruction, Procurement, Design, and Operations to:Reduce onsite labour requirementsImprove safety and quality through industrialised fabricationIntroduce schedule resilienceMitigate skilled labour shortages across European marketsWorking ConditionsBased in Zaragoza, Spain,this is an EMEA-wide strategic role influencing delivery across Spain, Ireland, Germany, Italy, France, and the Nordics.40–50% travel across EMEACollaboration across global time zonesActive construction environments requiring PPEKey Job ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Mechanism OwnershipOwn EMEA contribution to the global off-site assembly portfolio, including tracking labour hours shifted off-site across CSAS, Mechanical, and Electrical systemsDevelop repeatable frameworks for evaluating and implementing modular solutionsEstablish governance, reporting, and metrics to measure adoption, cost impact, schedule compression, safety improvements, and quality outcomesBuild scalable mechanisms to embed constructability and prefabrication into project lifecycle decisionsCross-Functional LeadershipPartner with Preconstruction, Procurement, Design, and Operations to embed constructability and modular thinking early in project developmentRepresent EMEA within the global Off‑Site Assembly team and adapt global innovations to regional market conditionsInfluence General Contractors and vendors across multiple markets to develop and adopt innovative prefabricated solutionsEnable regional Construction Managers through knowledge transfer and technical guidanceTechnical & Market DevelopmentDefine technical standards for prefabricated systems aligned to AWS design requirements and local codesBuild and maintain an approved vendor ecosystem across EuropeDevelop business cases quantifying labour reduction, schedule resilience, safety improvements,
