This is a hands-on, high-visibility role inside a small, flat finance team — the kind of seat where the work you own actually shapes commercial outcomes rather than getting lost in layers.You’ll be the lead finance contact on the ground, partnering with product, marketing, operations and senior leadership to turn complex data into clear, commercial decisions in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment.What you'll be doingFY27 strategy, reporting & budgetingOwn budgeting and reporting for key initiatives, with regular performance analysis and stakeholder challengeSupport the maintenance and enhancement of the group budget model — structure, functionality, assumptionsDrive the budget/reforecast process using strong storytelling grounded in industry trends and internal insightFinance leadershipProvide financial insight and constructive challenge on weekly trading calls; lead and chair when requiredDeputise for the Head of Online FinanceEmbed a commercial mindset across the wider business through proactive stakeholder partneringFinance data ownershipOwn digital finance data — integrity, governance and KPI definitionPartner with IT and data teams to shape the new data warehouse: review current specification,
