The AI Project Manager is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and delivering AI-driven initiatives that create measurable business value across the organization. This role requires a blend of business and technical expertise, translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions while driving adoption and ensuring successful implementation.Responsibilities / TasksSupport AI strategy definition and executionContribute to shaping the AI roadmap for Nutrition Plant Engineering aligned with business prioritiesEnsure alignment between AI initiatives and overall GEA strategyDrive use case identification and prioritizationSupport business units in identifying high-value AI opportunitiesStructure and manage the AI use case funnelDefine prioritization criteria based on impact, feasibility, and scalabilityLead AI use case assessmentsConduct workshops and interviews with business stakeholdersAnalyze processes and identify automation and optimization opportunitiesTranslate business needs into AI use casesDevelop business casesQuantify value (efficiency, cost savings, quality, scalability)Define KPIs and success metricsSupport decision-making with clear ROI-driven insightsDefine solution approachPropose best-fit AI solutions (build vs buy, tools, architecture approach)Collaborate with technical teams to define implementation strategyEnsure feasibility and alignment with IT and data landscapeDrive execution and coordinationCoordinate stakeholders across business, IT, and external partnersMonitor progress, risks,
