What you’ll be doing
Building and maintaining backend services in Java 7/8Debugging incidents, improving performance, and shipping safely in productionWorking in a mature codebase with pragmatic refactors, clean code,



and sensible testingCollaborating closely with a Madrid-based engineering team
What we’re looking for
Strong commercial experience with Java 7 and/or Java 8 (this is essential)Solid backend fundamentals (APIs, data access, reliability, troubleshooting)Comfortable working in legacy constraints with a calm, methodical approachBased in Madrid or open to relocating
