We're looking for a Senior SAP Basis Admin to join our team in Madrid, Spain in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and ongoing management of SAP environments, including S/4HANA and BW systems. You will ensure system stability, performance optimization, and security, collaborating with functional and technical teams to support complex projects and critical business processes for a leading integral wealth management organization. and operational proceduresCollaborate closely with functional and technical teams to support SAP deployments and projectsEnsure compliance with security policies, corporate standards, and regulatory requirementsRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field5+ years of hands‑on experience as an SAP Basis AdministratorProven experience with SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA, and related SAP productsExpertise in both Unix/Linux and Windows environments for system administrationFamiliarity with SAP Solution Manager and cloud connectors, including BTP managementKnowledge of database administration, particularly Oracle and HANAStrong understanding of networking, security, and system performance tuningIn‑depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and SAP Authorization ConceptsAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a highly dynamic environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in EnglishNice to haveExperience with XITING Authorization Management Suite (XAMS)Exposure to cloud platforms integrated with SAP landscapesFamiliarity with IT compliance and audit requirements in financial services
