The API & Integrations team operates between product and platform, managing the public API, integration framework, and developer experience.ResponsibilitiesOwn end‑to‑end development of the public API and integrations framework, from problem definition and system design to shipping, monitoring, and iteration in production.Collaborate closely with Product and Design to shape APIs and frameworks that meet real user needs.Ensure consistent user and integration experience across verticals, aligned with Factorial’s design system.Participate in customer calls, reviews, and feedback sessions to understand workflows and pain points.Mentor peers, document learnings, and contribute to engineering best practices.Define and drive AI initiatives related to the YepCode acquisition, including skill‑based agents, evaluation frameworks, RAG, and agentic workflows.QualificationsDevelopment maturity: produce solid, well‑tested, production‑grade code and own systems end‑to‑end.Proven impact: demonstrated projects or contributions that produced measurable results.Product‑first thinking: design end‑to‑end experiences,
