Academic PlanningManage the academic planning process for an assigned portfolio ofprogrammes.Develop andmaintainteaching schedules that meet academic,operationaland institutional requirements.Ensure academic planning milestones and deadlines are achieved.2. Timetable Planning and ResourceOptimisationConfigure andoptimiseacademic timetables tomaximisethe efficient use of faculty and institutional resources.Balance faculty availability,programmerequirements, classroomcapacityand operational constraints.Identify scheduling conflicts and implement appropriate solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders.3. Faculty Coordination and ExperienceAct as the main operational point of contact for faculty throughout the academic planning cycle.Coordinate the collection of faculty availability, teachingpreferencesand academic documentation.Provide guidance on planning processes, institutionalproceduresand digital tools.4. Academic Information ManagementEnsure the accuracy,consistencyand completeness of academic planning information across institutional systems.Monitor teaching allocations, planningdataand documentation.Maintainhigh standardsof data quality.5. Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely withProgrammeDirectors, Academic AreaDirectorsand Operational teams.Coordinate planning changes and communicate impacts.Support institutional planning standards and best practices.6.
