A high-growth international technology and infrastructure company is seeking a Head of Legal to lead legal matters across its European operations.
Reporting directly to the integral Head of Legal, this is a rare opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage of growth and play a key role in supporting its European expansion.
The Role
You will act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership on a broad range of strategic, commercial and operational matters, including:

Corporate transactions, acquisitions and strategic investments
Commercial contracts and partnership arrangements
Infrastructure development and construction projects
Corporate governance and compliance
Regulatory matters and risk management
Management of external legal advisers across multiple jurisdictions
Leadership, development and management of legal resources within the European business

This is a highly visible role with significant autonomy and exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.
Candidate Profile




We are interested in speaking with lawyers who have:

Approximately 12-18 years' legal experience
Strong corporate and commercial legal expertisei>
Experience gained in private practice, in-house, or a combination of both
Exposure to infrastructure, energy, digital infrastructure, technology, telecommunications or related sectors
Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing, mentoring or developing legal teams and/or legal resources
Fluent Spanish and English language skills
