Senior DevOps Engineer – Global Threat ManagementWe are looking for a senior DevOps Engineer to join our Integral Threat Management (GTM) team at ING Hubs Spain. The GTM team focuses on intelligence‑driven, proactive defense across geographies and disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesStructure and deploy scalable infrastructure to support GTM workflows, building automation and integrations that strengthen detection, prioritization, and decision‑making.Design and implement automations to detect, prioritize, and investigate cyber threats.Transform large‑scale security telemetry and threat intelligence data into actionable insights for GTM and executive decision‑making.Automate and accelerate threat analysis using standard and custom‑built tooling.Deploy, operate, and optimize cloud‑based infrastructure (preferred Azure and GCP), ensuring scalability, reliability, cost efficiency, and governance.Enforce and continuously improve security and DevOps best practices within the team.Perform maintenance, monitoring, and resilience testing of owned infrastructure to ensure high availability and operational continuity.Design and integrate intelligence‑driven security solutions across data sources, security tools, and services.Design, develop, and maintain Python‑based automation, scripts, integrations, and operational tooling.Design and communicate solutions using clear documentation, diagrams, and visualizations.Troubleshoot and resolve deployment, installation and configuration issues across cloud infrastructure and security tooling,



ensuring minimal disruption to operations.Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.Leverage AI and automation technologies to streamline workflows, enrich threat intelligence processes, and improve operational effectiveness.QualificationsAbility to translate complex cyber‑threat challenges into robust, scalable, and data‑driven solutions.Strong Python development skills for automation, integrations, and tooling.Experience deploying and supporting cloud‑based solutions, preferably in Azure and GCP.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform) and DevOps practices.Solid understanding of cloud platforms, networking, system administration, infrastructure architecture, and the operating model of CISO organizations in mid‑to large‑scale enterprises.Design end‑to‑end solutions, translating complex system landscapes into clear, implementable designs.Strong hands‑on experience diagnosing and resolving deployment, installation, and integration issues across cloud environments, infrastructure components, and custom‑built tools.Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.Collaborate proactively with threat intelligence and cybersecurity experts,
