ResponsibilitiesManaging the acquisition of telecom infrastructure assets, including cell towers, across EU markets.Leading acquisitions in multiple countries and supporting expansion into new jurisdictions.Expanding Unison’s renewable energy business across Europe by working with landowners and renewable energy developers.Driving transactions and contributing to business growth.Collaborating closely with senior management, origination, pricing, and property management teams.RequirementsMinimum of 10 years of legal experience in a law firm and/or renewable energy developer environmentStrong background in renewable energy and real estate transactionsProficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and SalesforceWillingness to travel across EuropeEntrepreneurial mindset with strong collaboration skillsCuriosity, adaptability, and a passion for learningProven ability to prioritize deal flow and apply sound business judgmentExcellent communication (written and verbal) and analytical skillsMultilingual proficiency preferredStrong interpersonal skills, respect for colleagues, and a positive sense of humor.
