Konecta in Barcelona is seeking a native or bilingual English-speaking customer assistant for inbound service roles. The position is based in our Barcelona office and involves handling calls and emails with a focus on excellent customer service.
You will work in a fast-paced call centre, following procedures to resolve inquiries and escalate complex cases when needed. A six-month temporary contract with onboarding and growth opportunities is offered.
