Role: IT Network Support Technician

Key Responsibilities

- Provide onsite network support and troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, routers, Wi‑Fi, and cabling issues.
- Perform hardware replacement and basic network device configuration.
- Monitor and resolve network incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Support end users with network-related issues.
- Coordinate with remote/network teams for complex incidents.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network equipment and support activities.

Requirements

- Previous experience in IT Network Support / Network Technician roles.
- Hands‑on experience with routers, switches, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, and TCP/IP.
- Basic knowledge of Cisco or similar networking equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently onsite.
- Local technician based in Badajoz, Spain is required.
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in Spain.
