We are looking for a Senior SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant to play a key role in optimizing manufacturing operations and driving SAP-enabled business transformation. This position requires a strong blend of functional SAP expertise, business process knowledge, and stakeholder management skills.

As a Senior SAP PP Consultant, you will act as the bridge between manufacturing operations and SAP technology, ensuring that production planning processes are aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP Production Planning (PP) processes within a manufacturing environment.
- Manage and optimize processes related to: Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Shop-floor Execution
- Analyze business requirements and translate operational needs into SAP functional solutions.
- Maintain and optimize manufacturing master data, including: Bills of Materials (BOMs), Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions
- Collaborate across functional areas and support integration with SAP MM, QM, SD, CO and WM/EWM.
- Identify planning and production challenges, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
- Support SAP implementations, enhancements, testing, training, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation and migration projects where applicable.




- Act as a trusted advisor to production, supply chain, business stakeholders and technical teams.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as an SAP PP Functional Consultant, SAP Manufacturing Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong expertise in production planning and manufacturing business processes.
- Deep knowledge of: MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers
- Experience working in complex manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of integration between SAP PP and other SAP modules such as MM, QM, SD, CO and/or EWM.
- Ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders and provide senior-level functional guidance.
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling).
- Exposure to advanced planning, finite scheduling, and capacity optimization.
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or SAP implementation programs.
