- Build and own the design system for the entire product experience
- Merge back office, front office, and agent configuration tools into one product
- Simplify complex UX for configuring agents, monitoring thousands of live calls, and managing workflows
- Design a self-service product that lets customers set up and run their own agents
- Build working AI-powered prototypes connected to live data, ship them, and iterate
- Investigate complex problems deeply and design elegant solutions that address root causes

Требования

- Have taken product design from 0 to 1 and shipped high-craft interfaces
- Build products as a founding designer, design lead, or designer who codes
- Have strong product taste and the ability to create high-quality user experiences




- Own outcomes and turn ambiguous problems into clear, shipped interfaces
- Use AI to automate and streamline work while maintaining rigorous quality control
- Have experience designing desktop web products
- Have converted high-complexity workflows into elegant solutions
- Be able to learn the collections domain, regulations, and enterprise users quickly
