NOWMORE was founded in 2019 and provides 4 key services to its clients:
- stakeholder engagement,
- event moderation & workshop facilitation,
- video production,
- web series.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To support our growth in the development and facilitation of multi-stakeholder partnership projects, we are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join us as soon as possible.
As Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing value chain partnerships and multi-stakeholder projects;
- Coordinating projects and working groups across key accounts;
- Advising clients on stakeholder engagement strategy to support their policy and / or value chain engagement goals.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Develop and implement action plans to meet our value chain partnership targets;
- Manage projects and tasks to ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions and anticipate future requirements;
- Carry out relevant research, analysis and mapping exercises to support decision-making and seek consensus through shared understanding;
- Build tools to facilitate the exchange of best practice between professional operators in different countries and local contexts;
- Facilitate meetings to achieve consensus between different parties in a value chain.
And, last but not least, bring creative ideas into the business to help it grow and flourish!
Profile:
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a project management role in the field of policy or communications;
- Demonstrable project management skills with an eye for detail;
- Experience of coordinating Working Groups and a good understanding of diplomacy,
consensus-building and governance dynamics within and between associations or organisations;
- Prior experience in a membership-based organisation or a consultancy working with such organisations is a plus;
- Prior knowledge or professional experience in the field of circular economy, waste management, recycling, chemicals… is a plus;
- A proven track record in developing impactful public affairs or communication campaigns;
- Impeccable and proven drafting skills in English; additional languages will be an asset;
- Desire to acquire knowledge in a broad set of policy areas;
- Self-starter, with an entrepreneurial mindset, high level of self-organisation and ability to work autonomously.
What we offer:
- The successful applicant will be offered a full-time position with a Belgian contract. Economic conditions will be defined according to the applicant’s level of seniority and experience.
