The group is looking to strengthen its internal audit and operational performance team within an international industrial environment.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have developed a strong understanding of industrial operations, whether through audit roles or hands-on experience in manufacturing, production, quality, continuous improvement, or process engineering.

The role offers strong exposure to industrial sites, operational teams, and strategic transformation projects within an international environment.

The Role

As a Senior Industrial Auditor, you will support manufacturing sites by assessing operational practices, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to industrial performance enhancement initiatives.

You will work closely with production, quality, engineering, supply chain, maintenance, and operational teams across multiple industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

Industrial Audits & Operational Assessments

- Conduct operational and industrial audits across manufacturing sites
- Analyze production processes, workflows, and operational routines
- Evaluate operational risks, compliance, and process robustness
- Assess manufacturing performance and industrial standards application
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

- Support continuous improvement initiatives on industrial sites
- Contribute to operational performance optimization projects
- Analyze KPIs and operational data to identify trends and improvement actions




- Participate in process standardization and best-practice deployment

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams
- Challenge existing processes and propose pragmatic solutions
- Support manufacturing teams during transformation and improvement projects
- Ensure strong communication between operational stakeholders

Reporting & Recommendations

- Prepare audit reports and operational assessments
- Present findings and action plans to management
- Follow up implementation of corrective and improvement actions
- Contribute to strategic operational decision-making

Profile

We are looking for candidates with 3 to 8 years of experience and a strong industrial mindset, who enjoy understanding how factories and production environments truly operate.
