Job Description – EUC L1 / Desktop Support Engineer

- Provide first-level onsite IT support to end users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Support Windows 10/11 operating systems and resolve user issues.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting and replacement of IT equipment.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, and Office Suite.
- Perform user account support including password resets and access issues.
- Support Active Directory user administration and basic Azure AD tasks.
- Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN connectivity, and basic network issues.
- Perform device imaging, software installation, and application troubleshooting.
- Support endpoint devices using SCCM/MECM or Microsoft Intune.
- Handle incidents and service requests using ITSM tools such as Service Now, Jira, or Remedy.
- Assist with laptop/Desktop deployment, onboarding,



and hardware refresh activities.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and update documentation.
- Provide remote assistance and coordinate with integral IT teams for escalations.
- Follow IT security policies, procedures, and SLA requirements.
- Provide professional customer service and clear communication with end users.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in EUC/Desktop Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with Active Directory, Intune/SCCM, and IT ticketing tools.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Fluency in *Spanish and English* is mandatory.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 2,700.00€ - 2,900.00€ per month
