Experteer Overview
In this role you will join a cross-functional team to deliver impactful learning experiences for tutors and learners at scale.

You will shape backend and frontend engineering across Python/Django and React, drive architectural decisions, and mentor others to raise the engineering bar.

You’ll apply data-driven methods to validate ideas, work with product and UX teams, and own initiatives from discovery to deployment.

This position offers the chance to influence the future of education at a global level through AI-enabled, user-centric software.

• Develop and own backend features with Python/Django and integrate with third-party vendors
• Build frontend experiences in React/Typescript and contribute to experimentation frameworks
• Lead complex initiatives from discovery through deployment with lifecycle ownership

Responsabilidades
• Backend-heavy Full-Stack capability with ~60% backend focus and ~40% frontend
• Deep AI expertise in Agentic AI, with ability to redesign SDLC and build reusable AI assets
• Experience designing large-scale web applications, APIs, and distributed systems
• Proven technical leadership and ability to influence decisions
• Product-minded with the ability to translate challenges into scalable solutions using data
• Proactive problem-solving and independent work style with collaborative instincts
• Strong ownership, accountability, and track record from concept to delivery
• Excellent collaboration and communication across engineering, product, design, and data
• English level B2 or higher
• Experience with observability, reliability, monitoring, and on-call readiness
