As a Crestron / AV Control Systems Programmer, you will design and integrate control software for cabin management and inflight entertainment.

You collaborate with engineering teams in Madrid and Basel to deliver reliable, user-friendly systems controlling AV, lighting, connectivity, and cabin functions on private and business aircraft.

This role suits an experienced programmer seeking a technically demanding aviation environment.

You will contribute to scalable architectures and continuous improvement with cross-site teams.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Develop, maintain, and test Crestron applications using SIMPL and SIMPL+
• Create or adapt C# modules within the Crestron environment
• Configure and integrate DM NVX and other AV-over-IP solutions
• Integrate Crestron systems with cabin management, audiovisual, lighting, connectivity, and environmental systems
• Build scalable architectures, reusable modules, and programming standards
• Configure communication with third-party equipment using IP and serial protocols
• Troubleshoot and validate systems during lab, ground, and aircraft testing
• Collaborate with electrical, avionics, and software engineering teams




• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and continuous improvement
• Produce clear programming, architecture, interface, and test documentation

Responsabilidades
• 3–5 years of professional Crestron or AV control system programming experience
• Strong experience with SIMPL and SIMPL+
• Experience with Crestron Toolbox and Crestron system configuration
• Working knowledge of C# or another object-oriented language
• Good understanding of networking, Ethernet, TCP/IP, AV-over-IP, and serial communication
• Experience integrating and commissioning complex audiovisual or automation systems
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Structured, quality-focused software development approach
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary and international teams
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (B2 or higher)
