Experteer Overview
In this role you will help evolve a large-scale, cloud-based enterprise product by building and maintaining scalable backend services. You will work within the HCM Localisation engineering team to support complex workflows, integrations, and platform modernization. You’ll focus on performance improvements and reliability in a Pekko-based stack using Scala, Play Framework, and cloud environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful backend solutions. This hybrid position is based in Barcelona, combining on-site and remote work to drive meaningful product outcomes.
