As Team Lead for eCOA Project Management, you will guide a specialist team to implement and migrate eCOA systems within language services. You’ll balance project delivery with regulatory and quality standards, while fostering professional growth and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll shape automation and process improvements, driving efficient eCOA deployments. This role offers a meaningful impact on clinical development through technology-led translational work.

• Lead and develop a team of eCOA project managers and screen review specialists.
• Plan staffing and manage workforce lifecycle, including performance and professional development.
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and compliant with regulatory standards and SOPs.
• Provide training and guidance on eCOA implementation and migration.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years in eCOA project management, clinical research, translation and localization with managerial experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong understanding of eCOA platforms/systems and translation technologies
• Experience with TMS and CAT tools
• Ability to build effective working relationships with cultural and emotional intelligence
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
