As Head of Networks Guild, you will shape AXA Partners' global network strategy and oversee design, deployment, and operation of worldwide network services. You lead a cross-regional team to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing networks, aligning with AXA Group standards. You’ll drive governance, security, and service continuity while partnering with senior IT leaders on transformation programs. This role offers influence over global network architecture and a strategic, impact-driven roadmap.

• Manage design, build, and operations of worldwide network services with cost, security, and SLA focus
• Lead vendor management, project governance, and ensure security and business continuity
• Organize and optimize regional teams (EMEA u0026 AMER) with clear roles and responsibilities
• Oversee infrastructure security (firewalls, IPS, DDoS, VPNs), cloud networking,



SD-WAN, and application networking
• Support digital branch evolution, remote access, and critical service network support
• Collaborate with senior IT leaders on network-related programs and governance
• Act as primary Group contact for Network services and engage with CXO-level stakeholders and Guild leads

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in designing and managing enterprise-grade network solutions globally
• Strong leadership of multi-location teams (architects, engineers, operations) xqbhyrx
• Expertise in WAN, LAN, VPN, SD-WAN, security, cloud network integration, and network security
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, manage budgets, and drive organizational change
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with senior executives and cross-functional teams
• Engineering degree; networking certifications and relevant PM frameworks preferred
