In this role you will define and drive the end-to-end digital strategy for Almirall's Healthcare Division, aligning with business objectives and omnichannel engagement. You will lead a cross-functional team to enhance customer engagement, accelerate growth, and apply AI-driven insights to campaigns. The position sits at the intersection of Prescription and Pharmacy, shaping digital platforms and ecosystem strategies. This is a chance to transform digital capabilities and operational efficiency in a rapidly evolving market.

• Define and lead the integrated digital strategy across Prescription and Pharmacy businesses with measurable outcomes
• Drive omnichannel engagement across HCPs and pharmacies and optimize digital touchpoints
• Translate priorities into actionable campaigns, plans, and initiatives
• Oversee the development and management of the digital ecosystem (websites, CRM, e-commerce)
• Ensure best-in-class execution on online channels (Amazon, Top Pharmacy, Atida, PromoFarma)
• Lead AI-based solutions to improve operational efficiency, decision-making,



segmentation, and personalization
• Foster a culture of innovation and test-and-learn experiments
• Oversee pharmacy digital initiatives (Pharmaboost) and strengthen strategic partnerships with pharmacies
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IT/Digital, BI, General strategy u0026 transformation, and external partners
• Lead, develop and coach a high-performing digital team

Responsabilidades
• At least 8 years of proven experience in digital strategy, omnichannel marketing and/or e-commerce
• Experience within healthcare, pharma or FMCG sectors
• Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and CRM platforms
• Experience leading digital transformation and cross-functional projects
• Solid knowledge of AI applications in marketing and customer engagement
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management
• Results-oriented with execution and impact focus
• Experience leading teams
