In this role you will drive PMO operations for Transcend, a integral transformation program modernizing transactional processes into a single ERP backbone. You will coordinate governance, planning, and risk management across cross-functional teams to enable agile, compliant delivery. You’ll lead a diverse PMO team and partner with global stakeholders to ensure clear decisions and continuous improvement. This position offers exposure to large-scale ERP initiatives within a mission-driven healthcare innovator.

• Ensure effective PMO operations through planning, governance, and risk management

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in program or project management
• 7+ years in PMO within large global transformation programs; ERP experience preferred
• Strong expertise in xqbhyrx delivery governance, RAID, schedule and scope control, status reporting, risk management
• Experience leading PMO operations teams in matrixed, multinational environments
• Ability to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
• Excellent collaboration and communication across project teams and functions
• Knowledge of compliance, quality standards and change management
• Proficiency with project management tools; familiarity with Agile and Waterfall
