In this role you drive the project completion strategy for HVDC Sweden, leading completion processes and ensuring contract-aligned delivery. You coordinate activities across time schedules and milestones, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders. You will set up and govern the Project Completion System (PCS), and structure the project into systems and packages for safe handover. You contribute to Hitachi Energy’s sustainable energy mission by delivering a smooth, well-documented completion phase and customer handover. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape project outcomes and value.

• Define and implement the project completion strategy
• Lead and sustain completion processes within the project
• Identify and coordinate completion activities to meet schedule and contractual milestones
• Review and train users on the project completion tool (PCS)
• Set up, govern and maintain inspection and resource plans for supplier inspections




• Establish Project Completion System (PCS) structure and decomposed scope (systems, subsystems, commissioning, mechanical completion)
• Interface with stakeholders to clarify interfaces and tool usage
• Ensure adherence to completion requirements based on customer contracts

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in a technical/engineering/quality management field (preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience on a major EPC project in Power, Energy or Oil u0026 Gas
• Experience with Project Completions Systems (PCS) such xqbhyrx as PIMS and ProCoSys or similar (e.g., BIM 360 Field, Aconex Field)
• Strong oral and written communication for technical documentation and reporting
• Ability to build sustainable relationships with customers and project teams through clear communication, influencing and coordination
• English fluency (written and spoken)
