As part of our dedicated team in Llucmajor, your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing, processing, and updating customer contracts on a daily basis.

- Providing professional customer support and communication via phone and email.

- Assisting clients with various inquiries and handling complaint management efficiently.

- Maintaining, organizing, and updating customer data in our system.

To succeed in this role and help us deliver excellent service across Mallorca, you should bring:

- Native or native-level proficiency in German, combined with good spoken and written Spanish skills.

- Relevant practical experience in customer service, client support, or administrative roles.

- Real enjoyment when dealing with customers,

- A highly structured, conscientious, and dependable approach to your daily tasks.

- Solid computer skills and confident usage of standard MS Office applications.
