Experteer Overview
In this role you own the Adsorbents product portfolio within Clariant, coordinating between operations, sales, Ru0026amp;D, marketing and customers to optimize lifecycle profitability. You will drive lifecycle decisions, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead cross-functional innovation with Ru0026amp;D and technical teams. The position blends technical depth with market strategy, offering impact across new market segments and collaboration at a global scale. A hybrid site-based role with opportunities for growth and meaningful sustainability-driven work.

• Manage the end-to-end product portfolio and lifecycle
• Define and maintain pricing guidelines across sales channels
• Approve formulations, product and raw material specs, and packaging standards
• Drive lifecycle decisions, including pruning and cost optimization

• Lead resolution of customer complaints balancing satisfaction and feasibility
• Initiate and manage innovation/improvement projects with Ru0026D and technical teams
• Evaluate strategies to access new market segments (e.g., Pharmaceutical)

training materials, and trade show contributions
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality Management, and Sales to align on strategy and execution
• Travel to engage with customers and stakeholders as needed

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
• Minimum 3 years in product management, technical marketing, or related role in specialty chemicals
• Strong technical understanding of adsorbents/additives or related products (preferred)
• Fluent in English; German an advantage
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional stakeholder relationships
• Results-oriented with structured prioritization and problem-solving
• Customer-centric with understanding of market dynamics and unmet needs
• Resilient, proactive learner, and collaborative team player with ownership
