In this role you will help build AI-enabled platform tooling at N26, enabling engineers and non-engineers to work with AI daily. You’ll design reusable workflows and self-serve tooling that connect AI agents to internal systems, while setting guardrails and measuring impact. The position sits at the Agentic Platform Team, focusing on scalable, responsible AI integration across the engineering landscape. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn recurring problems into repeatable, AI-powered solutions and drive platform-wide adoption.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and prove core patterns for AI agents to complete engineering work end-to-end (context engineering, memory, gated plans) and package them for reuse across teams
• Build a self-service distribution layer so teams can publish and adopt AI capabilities autonomously
• Create integrations between AI agents and internal tools (issue trackers, code reviews, CI) to enable self-serve workflows




• Identify recurring engineering problems and convert them into repeatable, AI-powered solutions
• Define and document responsible AI usage, guardrails, and best practices to support platform scale
• Measure AI usage, cost, and impact to drive product improvements

Responsabilidades

• Strong coding fundamentals; focus on craftsmanship over language
• Platform intuition: build tools that remove repeat manual steps
• Developer tooling xqbhyrx experience: built or operated internal developer platforms
• AI coding habit: daily use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot)
• GitOps/DevOps experience; familiarity with GitHub Actions or AWS is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for engineers and non-technical stakeholders
