In this role you will lead pricing, execution and hedging of structured credit and hybrid transactions within Santander’s Global Markets Trading team. You will actively manage trading risk, adjust positions to optimise portfolio performance, and mentor junior colleagues. You’ll build and enhance trading monitoring tools and contribute to new product development with Quant teams, Structurers and Control functions. This is a dynamic, innovation‑driven role in a fast‑growing trading franchise with global reach, based in London or Madrid.

Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience in Credit, Hybrids, Structured Rates or XVA trading/structuring/quant role
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced trading environment
• Well-developed problem-solving skills
• Higher qualification, or equivalent, in Maths, Statistics, Physics, Computer xqbhyrx Science, Economics or similar
• Entrepreneurial, delivery-oriented mindset
