As Treasury Systems u0026amp; Transformation Manager, you drive the evolution of our European treasury technology landscape, combining treasury expertise with project leadership. You will govern the Treasury Management System (FIS Quantum), lead system initiatives, and ensure secure, scalable operations in collaboration with cross-functional partners. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Act as the European Treasury and Treasury Accounting system administrator, handling user support, issue resolution, and vendor escalation
• Lead treasury technology projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Serve as the main Quantum system owner and manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems
• Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement across regional treasury operations
• Maintain data integrity, governance, and approval workflows




• Collaborate with internal tech teams and external providers on treasury connectivity (banking platforms, SWIFT, Bloomberg, Finastra, etc.)
• Support target operating model development by aligning regional treasury processes
• Manage treasury system budgets and consulting spend, with regular leadership reporting
• Coordinate quarterly SOX system controls and ensure governance compliance
• Create and maintain system documentation and enable effective backup support
• Lead the European SWIFT KYC process and support risk and control activities

Responsabilidades
• 7–10 years of corporate treasury experience with strong exposure to TMS and banking operations
• Hands-on experience with FIS Quantum (administration, configuration, implementation xqbhyrx or enhancements)
• Solid knowledge of treasury processes, cash management, treasury accounting, and controls
• Experience with ERP platforms, preferably SAP/SAP S/4HANA, and system integrations
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams
• Strong project management and delivery of complex systems or transformation initiatives
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
• Experience managing external partners, consultants, and technology vendors
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related discipline
