We're hiring a French-speaking Sales Development Representative in Madrid to open doors across French-speaking markets for a portfolio of market-leading Property Management System (PMS) and payment products.

About the role

As an SDR, you'll identify and qualify new hospitality customers across France, Belgium, Switzerland, and other French-speaking markets. Working hand in hand with the sales team, you'll generate high-quality leads and keep the sales engine running. It's an idóneo first step into SaaS and B2B tech sales, with a clear path into an Account Executive track.

What you'll do

- Research and identify potential customers across French-speaking markets

- Prospect leads by phone, email, and LinkedIn

- Qualify leads against clear criteria

- Book qualified meetings for the sales team

- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date





- Partner with marketing to sharpen campaigns

- Join sales meetings and report on your activity regularly

What you'll bring

-

- Fluent or native French, plus strong English

- Based in Madrid, or able to work from the Madrid office three days a week

- Valid work authorisation for Spain

- A commercial mindset and genuine customer focus (first sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, this is an entry-level role)

- Self-motivated, structured, and confident working independently

- Comfortable xqbhyrx with CRM systems and MS Office

- A real interest in technology, SaaS, and the hospitality industry
