In this role you will oversee month-end closings and audits for multiple entities, lead a team of accountants, and ensure timely, compliant financial reporting. You will collaborate with local, regional and HQ finance teams to optimize processes and support the business plan with analysis. The role combines hands-on accounting, cross-country governance, and initiatives to drive efficiency in a fast-growing organization. You will contribute to accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance at scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Supervise month-end closing for Spain, Italy, Portugal and Poland
• Ensure accurate, timely financial statements and reports
• Lead a team of 4–6 accountants across markets
• Ensure audits are submitted on time and liaise with external auditors
• Review and approve monthly reconciliations (Pu0026L and balance sheet)
• Ensure local market compliance with tax regulations and local accounting policies




• Drive process improvements with Accounting PMO and support ERP/local finance projects
• Prepare ad hoc analyses explaining Pu0026L deviations from Business Plan
• Adapt to policy, tax regulation, and legislative changes

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in economics/related fields
• 8+ years of accounting experience in multinational companies
• People management experience
• Strong general ledger and month-end close experience
• Solid knowledge of xqbhyrx GAAP/IFRS
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA and OneStream is a plus
• ERP migration and project management experience are pluses
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities
